- SlotFood, a fast food service with a special restaurant, based on a mechanical device mixing the ingredients and constituting a different recipes and menu each time. The SlotFood concept was created in may 2017 for the French Institute in Tokyo and was shown also in Kanto in jully 2017 and in Ethiopia in november 2018
- Floating island, is a concept inspired by Nomiya, and present a special dinning room with a « table d’hôtes » of fusion cuisine for 16 guests. – > video here
