Nomiya was an experimental and ephemeral restaurant opened in Paris from May 2009 to May 2011 on the rooftop of the contemporary art center Palais de Tokyo. It was designed by artist Laurent Grasso and produced by architect Pascal Grasso. This pop up restaurant during 24 months.
Gilles Stassart was in charge the kitchens of Nomiya, and set up a specific production system able to create different menu every day, but also an open production system on the museum accepting external participation.
